Patricia I. “Pat” Cyphert

EAST PALESTINE – Patricia I. “Pat” Cyphert, 74, formerly of East Palestine, died at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Boardman.

Pat was born May 7, 1939, in Beaver Falls, Pa., a daughter of the late George J. and May Barrow Cyphert and had lived in this area most of her life. She had been employed as a selector and painter at the former East Palestine China for several years. She had attended the Abundant Life Fellowship in New Waterford.

She is survived by a daughter, Joni (George) Cochran of East Palestine; two sons, George J. (Sandy S.) Nunamaker of New Waterford and John H. (Annette) Nunamaker of Bellingham, Wash.; a sister, Cheryl (Barry) Ensworth of St. Petersburg, Fla.; eight grandchildren, Nathan (Melisa) Nunamaker, Sara Nunamaker, Jennifer (Jared) Corey, Paige McElroy, Jessica Nunamaker, Logan Nunamaker, Miranda Nunamaker and Chad Nunamaker; and two great-grandchildren, Jaxson Nunamaker and Braylon Nunamaker.

Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at the Abundant Life Fellowship, New Waterford with Pastor Jeff Schoch officiating. Entombment will be at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, Pa.

Arrangements are being made by the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
