Robert A. McGraw
EAST PALESTINE — Robert A. McGraw, 93, of East Palestine, died Dec. 1 at the Covington Community Campus after a lengthy illness.
He was born March 9, 1923, in New Brighton, Pa.
Mr. McGraw was a 10-year veteran of the U.S. Army and served in both World War II and the KoreanWar, attaining the rank of master sergeant. He retired from Penn Central Railroad where he was an electrician.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Sarah DeBolt McGraw; a son, Rick McGraw of Washington, D.C.; two daughters, Virginia (Mike) Turscanyi of Pittsburgh and Anna Matts of Bridgeville, Pa.; a stepson, Nick (Barbara) Mancini of Huntington, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A private interment will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford.
Arrangements were handled by the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home.
