Noah Junior Crom

SALEM — Noah Junior Crom, 87, of Leetonia died at 2:20 a.m. Saturday at his home.

He was born on Dec. 30, 1929 in Clinton, Okla., the son of the late Levi M. and Opal (Prince) Crom.

He retired from Eljer where he worked in the foundry. Noah was a veteran of both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army during World War II.

Noah is survived by his two children, Richard (Deborah Hall) Crom of Berlin Center and Anita Needs of Leetonia; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death in 2005 by his wife, the former Dana Jane Grimes, whom he married in 1954; and three sons, Timothy, Jeffrey and an infant.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.

Pastor Frederick Montford will be officiate the services. Full military honors will be observed. Burial will take place at Green Haven Memorial Park in Canfield,.

A time of visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
