Suzanne Lowry Cain
SALEM – Suzanne Lowry Cain, 90, died at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Dec. 25, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 24, 1927 in Buffalo, N.Y., the daughter of the late Tracy Milton and Olive (White) Bissell.
Suzanne was a homemaker, a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Salem, January Circle, Salem Golf Club, a volunteer for A.I.D., involved with Hart Stable Handicapped Riding Program and she owned and showed Arabian horses.
Her first husband, Raymond J. Lowry, whom she married Aug. 21, 1948, preceded her in death May 23, 1996. Her second husband, H. Stanley Cain, whom she married March 24, 2000 also preceded her in death Oct. 23, 2015.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Lowry of Salem; two daughters, Barbara Lowry Sobotka of Salem and Nancy (Mike) Mahon of Punta Gorda, Fla.; four grandchildren, Suzanne Johnson, Graham (Kelly) Sobotka, Jack Lowry and Kate Lowry; and two great grandchildren, Madison and Harley Johnson.
Two brothers, Tracy W. Bissell and John M. Bissell, also preceded her in death.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements were handled by at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home.
