William L. Kissinger
NEW WATERFORD – William L. Kissinger, 77, died Nov. 17 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown.
Born Dec. 27, 1940, in East Palestine, he was the son of the late Cecil and Edythe (Beck) Kissinger.
After graduating from East Palestine High School, he served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Kissinger was employed as a security guard at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Youngstown.
Survivors include his wife, former Dorothy Owens of New Waterford, whom he married on April 1, 1964; a daughter, Peggy Barnhart of New Waterford; a son, David Kissinger of Negley; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 154 S. Elm St., Columbiana. The Rev. William Wolfgang will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in William’s memory to St. Anthony Church, 1155 Turin St., Youngstown, Ohio 44510.
