Linda D. Lasky Rodgers
CHEWELA, Wash.–Linda D. Lasky Rodgers, 65, of Chewela, Wash., died late Saturday evening, June 8, 2019, while receiving emergency medical care in the Spokane area. She was born June 28, 1953, in Salem, the daughter of the late Carroll and Marie (Baker) Miles.
Linda graduated from West Branch High School, then living and working in the Salem area years for over 40 years, prior to her move out west.
Her first husband, Glen Lasky; her parents, Carroll and Marie; and a brother, Richard Miles, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Eric (Jillian) Lasky, and daughter, Brandy Lasky; and five siblings, Robert (Connie) Miles of Seattle, Wash., Raymond (Patty) Miles of Fairfax Station, Va., Ronald (Denise) Miles of Toledo, Ohio, Carolyn Birkhimer of Louisiana and Rosemary York of Louisiana.
Surviving grandchildren include Haley, JT, Arrissa, Natalee and Miles.
No public services will be held, but the family will conduct a private ceremony in Washington. Linda enjoyed her mountain community and wished for her remains to stay.
