With that attitude your right.
40 % of the buildings are in dis reapair,side walks blocked off.
Any attempt to do something new to draw a crowd get the usual round of complaing. Maybe thats why the Motel on the east side pulled out...Oh well build a few more fast food joints or car parts dealerships.

Cahill might as well hang it up...if he is looking for tax dollars it isn't going to happen. That is a precedent the city can't set, that is they don't want discrimination lawsuits filed against them. City helps one business they better prepared to help them all over this city.
But on this note, it is absolutely horrible had bad these building owners have neglected their buildings. By the way just our curiosity, why is a no no for deteriorating buildings every where else but downtown?
