Oh Swager you are so funny. If you think this board is plum job you are wrong. Wargo got used by the Republican Chairman in the last election so his appt to Elkton sewage board was political payback with no compensation.

I agree, Looks like wargo got placated to stop causing trouble at the county level. Now all we need is a new group off people who know enough to make a decision on the EMA. Halleck said they don't know what they are doing and therefore would not make any decision. Aren't we a lucky county.
