You want to "fill in Salem because of the attraction to low live" and yet you prefer to go to Alliance?
Whatever.

Your absolutely correct, not to mention that feeding ducks bread is inherently unhealthy for them. It wouldn't hurt the city to put up a sign to this effect and maybe even feed for a small fee like Alliance does. Also what is the reason to fence in the duck area besides the fact that it looks stupid. I prefer to go to Alliance and enjoy Silver Park where there is real natural beauty no confined behind a fence. Personally I wish Salem would fill their whole city in because of the attraction to low life that they seem to be getting. Might actually be healthier for the ducks. Lol

While the wildlife department tries to discourage feeding these birds because of the mess they make the paper promotes it with pictures. Watch where you step. East Palestine is going to fill a pond that has been there for years because of the attraction to the geese.
