Take your empties with you. Some are not able to be refilled (cheapies), some are. All the ones he sells are refillable. Refills are inexpensive.
My black ink I refilled there is like the Energizer Bunny....

Yes I did my dear...it's make the heart go pitter patter! Seriously, this was bound to happen. Thanks to the National news media and killing off journalism that has destroyed public trust...there was bound to be "good and honest investigative journalists" who has had enough and our fighting back. Transparency in government...long over due! :)
