i am glad to hear Tullis is leaving, he has held that position too long, and has done nothing to improve the city's investments...

If you think you can do a better then you should apply for the job when it becomes vacant. I am thankful for his service to the city.

A well earned retirement,Mr. Tullis! You have brought good judgement to the office over the years, as did Mr. Dean. You will be missed and hopefully followed by some one of your ethical character.
