Ah, some common sense in the courts, how refreshing. I'm so sick of all these people using their military service as an excuse for their own shortcomings. I don't recall ever hearing of anyone of the WWII age group ever wimping out. We sure have a couple generations of guys who simply will never grow up and stop blaming everyone else. Way to go, Judge!
