EMA missed deadline for federal grant

Missed deadline or not eligble? I said months ago that grant money was missed because of the games played at the county level. I doubt Dillard had all the requirements along with other newer employees to be grant qualified. Now we have a Director who can be called back to duty on a moments notice and leave the office admin to run things. We have many months until the new guy can even be close to grant status. Nice try, but there are those of us who can see right through the spin. Wait till the June fed test.
