Hmmm...so if that is the case why haven't you already started doing just that? In other words, before you take insult Mr. Cahill, why don't you start it now and after you proven that success theory in few of those ideas you have been floating, you then can come back to the table and show your worth and success in your project. Maybe, just maybe the entire City of Salem will be more willing to jump on board.

TAC neglected to credit Audrey Null and the group that did the 2008 Salem Area Comprehensive Plan for putting things into motion that resulted in getting the grant for the structural review of downtown buildings. The chamber's Partners of Progress, the Preservation Society and especially Salem city's Design and Review Board all get kudos for having been working on this.
