Judge I.M. Naive, if that doesn't about sum it up nothing will!

"given the opportunity to finish high school before serving jail time"

That is twisted. Even IF and it is a BIG IF, this punk is one in a 100 that might change his ways, is going to be able to attend school, study, get good grades with the "JAIL TIME" hovering over him for a graduation present? He will do all this for nothing. He will have criminal record, no chance for employment with a record. Moved into the welfare system for us to continue to support him for the rest of his miserable little life!

He's 18, legal adult, will be telling his mother to kiss off and he will be back before this same "feel good judge"!

This is ridiculous. This was a golden opportunity for a Judge to set a clear and bold message backed by the law that would have made a big difference. Not only for this punk but his friends.

Instead of coddling and pacifying these young adults, take a hard stance and send the message, your bad choices will result in you suffering the consequences of your actions. Something that would make this kid think twice before he ever does something this malice again. This is why these young kids today are out of control. Frost, you don't own this kid, this kid owns you.

He discharged a weapon with intent to do what? Be funny? Have fun? Impress his little party friends? To cause fear? What? That bullet went somewhere. Frost you better hope and pray that the cops don't find either a dead person with bullet lodged in their head or a victim dying a slow death. Because your total disregard for public safety is DULY NOTED.
