Cruisers mostly behaved, but arrests up

For the most part people behaved during the Salem Super Cruise, police Chief J.T. Panezott said, but his department did see an increase in arrests, especially for peeling tires and excessive smoke....

An updated article on the WFMJ website reads that "police initially believed that Abbott stabbed someone during an altercation, but recanted the statement after discovering he had a splint on his finger".

What about the stabbing on 2nd street, behind Stadium?? Guess that wasn't important crime like the peeling tires. Why do I have to watch the Youngstown news to learn this?
