Watchdog, what are you getting down on me for? And what does the Utility Dept have to do with a city wide cleanup? A city wide cleanup is an UNNECESSARY expense that this city cannot afford at this point.

OSU600, lets say this loud enough so maybe you can hear it...the City does NOT have to have the extra money to PAY for a city wide cleanup.

There are other solutions or alternatives to accomplish it. It is called UTILITY DEPARTMENT. You know what that is right? An entity that belongs to the TAXPAYERS and RESIDENTS of this City?

Mary Lou, lets say this loud enough because it keeps falling on your deaf ears. THE CITY DOES NOT HAVE THE EXTRA MONEY TO PAY FOR A CITY WIDE CLEANUP!! Any money there is should go toward something useful like street repair/repaving
