I was okay with this until I read the part saying "the county JFS will again have the responsibility of finding work for these food-stamp recipients".

Why is it their "responsibility"? I understand giving assistance in finding a job, but a "responsibility"? If they can't fill out their own job applications then let them starve. If someone is hungry enough, they will put pen to paper.

What people fail to realize.

If these people want on this stuff .They will find away

They know how to work the system and there's not people to go and check it or enforce it.

Hate to break it to ya ladybug, those 1,300 jobs are out there. Entitlement programs are the #1 incentive for high unemployment.

I believe the only question left to ask: "Is there any Government program that hasn't been burning the candle from both ends?"
