What I meant was I think Bret has done a fairly decent job as councilman. Can't say I have agreed with all his votes but I can't say he has done a horrible job either. We have certainly had a lot worse in office.

Oakleaves are you saying because Apple is a shoe in that the city is going to suffer? I really think Bret has done all of that bad of a job.

Ksbug79 you are so right, why do you think Weaver didn't run again, it is because of the way Johnson treated her, and the same for Rita O'Leary. These two ladies were the best thing that happened for Salem, but Johnson harassed them with his nasty e-mails and now the city suffers for his brashness and mean mentality..

People don't want to run as rebublicans because they know they'll have Johnson down their neck the whole time.
