RHEA G. LANE III, You see them for what they are. Once the population loses control of the money these people will borrow till there is no tomorrow for the new school and anything else they can lay their hands on. This is their end run around a school levy and they are as devious as they were during that fiasco. Keep them accountable with a no vote. If it is passed there will be no saving our kids wallets for generations.

Donald Durbin. Couldn't read past the first sentence. The winners of elections absolutely do not "basically get to make up the rules". You know why? Because we live in a Republic, not a democracy. Democracy is the way by which we elect our leaders--that's it. We live in a Constitutional Republic. The Constitution dictates what democratically elected people can and can not do. Your misrepresentation of that is gross. We do in fact not life under a democracy.
