Are you familiar with that family? When mom has a problem her kids harrass people at work and home. Some members beat a guy with a hammer. Lisbon wants them gone, we don't want them in this state. The club has had problems as anyone around them for years. If only they commit a felony to forfeit property, but then they'd infect another town.

A call to the health department should have ended this problem. Obviously the septic tank was installed illegally, and it is illegal to share the original septic system. The land requirement to install a new septic system has been changed and the health department should immediately file charges and condemn the property. Some people don't care who's property rights they violate.
