Result of people's spending habits? Improving economy? Is she serious?

The people's spending habits haven't changed. Prices have sky rocketed and people are paying more for the product or service they are buying which results in a higher collection of taxes.

In fact, if that sales tax collection was ever broken down into two categories of spending of the people and by Government, boy ole boy would that earth shattering result make your head spin.
