Grant, only the judicial branch of government can officially make that determination...that decision cannot be rendered by the legislative branch.

Regardless of whether or not pot stays illegal or becomes legal at the federal level, all I ask is that the government operate as prescribed by the Constitution. Allowing sneaky, backdoor approaches to changing the laws only creates a precedence that may have much more dire consequences on other matters in the future.

The man encouraged . I think the man just stated an opinion.

As far the banks. The people of those 2 states voted. Not isn't the Salem News one of those thinks the states should be in control of their own buss.
