questioner, now I had a chuckle on that, I didn't even connect that. My bad. I thought it was a name of another person smacking Mr. Herron around. With this unfriendly business environment, it wouldn't have surprised me. I didn't connect your Lowes and Home Depot. :)

I'm not after any glory or credit just want to get this project on track, thanks for the support and who ever wants to take credit go for it lol This is about moving forward for Salem and I will do what it takes to do this. Kosibos did help set up are last meeting but did scratch my head why Morrissey was thanking anyone, it was a joint adventure with the planing, zoning, water, fire, architect, engineering, partners and most of all the support of salem Thanks Rodney Herron Indulge :)

Loew's? Who was that questioner? I missed that one. Goodness, by the looks of things, was there anybody who didn't put Herron through torment over this? What they put him through was beyond ridiculous. I nearly fell out my chair when Nestic pounced on him about landscaping. If I had been Herron at that point I think I would have lost it.

Zerotolerance, I couldn't agree more with your sarcastic post on the monument deal. This whole thing is ridiculous. I lost it myself, when I read in the paper Morrissey patting Kosiba on the back with all of this.

I am like let me see if I understand this. Nestic is taking our tax dollars and giving it to Kosibo so Kosibo can turn around and convince Nestic to give his blessings on Herron.

In fact, questioner, I don't think you realize how close you might be to the truth about that big P scheme you mentioned in another article. I think it might be time for the taxpayers demand they defund this joke.

"I'm going to Indulge"

"We're going to Indulge tonight"

I agreed with you rpmwwe, but now I'm trying it out. It could work.

(Probably like most college towns, my hometown had a bar named The Library, so when moms called, roommates could say, "Oh, he's at The Library". Of course, that was before cell phones.)

"Indulge"?

I like the idea of getting a new restaurant, but they may want to think about its name some more.

I just remember the grief they got from Loew's, from Morrissey, etc:

Move the building, turn the building--is there enough room for people in an emergency exit, what in the world will the landscaping look like now? Sheesh.

I am so thankful they got creative and persevered. Now that they're allowed to start they can finally get it done. Can't happen soon enough for me.
