NS, I disagree, this conversation has been raging because people are waking up to the outdated scare tactics that ts mentioned, and they want liberty. I've come across many people who have never smoked marijuana, and never wish to, yet are still very passionate about not allowing the government to strip us of liberty via unconstitutional power and propaganda. Fair information has been coming out in droves for years now, those who chose to ignore it (like Cathy Thomas Brownfield) are going to look very stupid in the near future. To many of us, they already do.

It's great that the FRC likes to contribute to the paper, but everything they publish is an outdated scare tactic.

I can not believe after the 1950's era, this is all the further we have grown to the REAL understanding of "pot" and its benefits vs side effects. There aren't even any benefits listed- like, how "pot" stops the growth of cancer cells. Marijuana shouldn't even be compared to substances like ****** or cocaine, because marijuana is a plant and not manufactured chemicals. What happened to investigative and unbiased journalism?

CATHY THOMAS BROWNFIELD Should lose all credibility after such an egregious display of ignorance shown in this article. I'm not saying there aren't negatives to the use of Marijuana, but a large portion of this article is constructed with outright lies and misinformation.

This is so full of crap it's almost unbelievable that the author has any credibility with the general public when it comes to the topic. Refer Madness 2014.
