I bet these same village idiots actually call the the police department up every night and ask them what they should have for dinner each night.

You PREPARE for it. Buy portable radios. A $50 kerosene heater. Battery powered emergency lights.

Half of you idiots blow that much a month on lottery tickets, bingo halls, whooping it up at the bars and cigarettes and booze on the weekends after you stand in line for your government handouts.

When are these communities going to start taking on PERSONAL responsibility for your own lives? The only people that should be permitted into that community building should be Elderly and disabled. NOBODY ELSE.
