There isn't any more people milking the system at the lower end as there are people defrauding the system at the top

appears that Toyota will pay a 1.6 billion fine for lying and not a minute of jail time.

Of all the things that present a great concern to our country .The only one all those people are worried about is the ACA,

If we keep it up long enough we could win the election in Nov.

I hope the REpubs. win the WH back..

The first thing I would do is hold a secret meeting and pledge they would only serve one term even it meant screwing things up for the next 4yrs.

There has been a lot of talk concerning how weak the United States now appears to the rest of the world. Let’s take a look at the performance of our Government as a whole and you can see actions that contribute to that belief. This Congress has made over 50 frivolous attempts, all doomed to failure, to repeal the Affordable Care Act. That in itself must be a major contributing factor to the worlds declining opinion of the United States of America. While many here cry about budgets, jobs, and this countries poor and hungry, this Congress has repeatedly wasted time and precious resources in a childish effort that every single representative that cast a vote to repeal knew was doomed to failure. How long must we be forced to put up with this insanity? To anyone who thinks this republican Congress is not insane I would remind you that the very definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Just so everyone here is on the same page…

The President has the power to change things like this through Presidential Executive Order. Considering the obstructionist Congress that President Obama is forced to work with, he has used Presidential Executive Orders very sparingly and should be commended for his restraint. In point of fact past President exercised Presidential Executive Orders at a much higher rate than this President has. Continuing to point out minor changes that the President has made to the Affordable Care Act is very childish. The President is making a positive impact with these changes. This should be obvious to all when compared to the over 50 frivolous attempts to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

The Department of Health and Human Services insisted that March 31 is the firm deadline to sign up for Obamacare. "We have no plans to extend the open enrollment period," HHS official Julie Bataille said. "In fact, we don't actually have the statutory authority to extend the open enrollment period in 2014."

A reporter followed up, asking why the administration could delay many other parts of the law but not this one. Michael Hash, who directs the Office of Health Reform at HHS, replied that the law states that the HHS secretary must set the open enrollment dates by June 2012, which Secretary Sebelius did. "Once that 2014 open enrollment period has been set, they are set permanently," Hash said. He did not explain why the administration has the authority to ignore other statutory deadlines to implement the employer mandate or cancel private health insurance plans not eligible for "grandfathering."

So, what about this? Is he correct?

Is this ok?

The president's unilateral delays of various parts of the law has drawn a lot of criticism from Republicans and constitutional experts. "Last week, Obama underlined what this means for our system: The administration unilaterally increased the transition time for individuals to obtain the level of insurance mandated by the Affordable Care Act," George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley, most often considered a liberal politically, wrote in Sunday's issue of the Los Angeles Times. "There is no statutory authority for the change — simply the raw assertion of executive power."

But, I don't care if you make up things about me...you see, I don't need your approval and don't hate you, no matter.

I am going to can that post and keep it whenever you take something out of context and use it as an attack. I cannot believe you said that and if I had said it, you, watchdog, notsocialist and others would be going crazy quoting "I said you wanted to Donald ...never said you said you wanted to."

Kozy62, There was another guy a while back who wanted to argue what the definition of 'is' is. I actually have quite a bit of respect for him, even though he has in the past done some questionable things. You do not enjoy that same respect. The reason you do not enjoy that same respect is your constant lying.

Kozy62, Nice dance, too bad you could not show where I said "Donald, wants to get rid of all Christians and churches". You are a LIAR. You know you are a LIAR. Anyone who takes the time to read what you just said knows you are a LIAR. Prove you are not a LIAR and show where I ever said I want to get rid of all Christians and churches. You cannot. Do you know why you cannot? It is because you are a LIAR!

Donald, I have never asked for your approval and really don't ask you to comment on my conversations with another person. Saying that a person is a brother with another mother is not a negative comment but used as a means of those who are considered family even though they are not biologically so. Posting an article is a means of discussion, not me calling names...so if that is how you feel then every time you ask folks to read something, you're calling them a name?
