Obamacare far from successful

April 5, 2014

It is not really amazing what a combination of coercion and giveaways can accomplish in a year....

There is also the fact that a Republican healthcare plan could never be a comprehensive plan as that would require writing something with too many pages for them to read. :)

Bug, You and I both know that Republicans could never agree on any type of meaningful healthcare plan. They are just too selfish and self centered to do anything for the common good.

Ladybug, you don't care what the Republicans have to offer. If they would go into a long detailed list with every word specifically explained in detail, YOU would still be against it.

Ladybug, we have to pass the bill for you to what is in it! L.M.A.O.

wow, who would have thought that the word h e r o i n would need to be censored. Talk about trying to hide the problem. Yet meth amphetamine seems to be ok. I guess maybe it is because I made it two words?

questioner, Unless you actually research their court cases you never know what your going to get. I admit I do not go to that much trouble with them. If I do not have a good opinion of either of them I normally just abstain voting for judges. That way at least I am not contributing toward a problem with the wrong choice. This judge does seem awfully prone to check the probation box. I wonder if it might be because the local prisons are over crowded. The ****** and meth amphetamine problem in this area seems to have gotten much worse in recent years.

I don't vote straight republican. And while I know it's two years away, I can guarantee I will not be voting for this guy.

I'm not sure there is any great way to get judges. Some states appoint--there are obvious problems there. Voting dem or repub doesn't seem great either tho.

"Washam, who had a salary of $80,018 as magistrate, will have a salary of $121,350 as a Common Pleas Court judge." That looks like it might be a little bit more than the minimum wage hike, especially if the minimum wage hike gets phased in over three years.

questioner, "Washam ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He defeated Melissa Byers-Emmerling in the general election, receiving 54.36% of the vote." I guess maybe you should have voted for the democrat.

Just looked at older stuff:

sentenced by Judge Scott Washam to probation on a receiving stolen property charge for possessing a stolen Bobcat excavator worth $22,000

sentenced to additional probation time for violating his original probation imposed for robbing the BP station in East Liverpool while armed with a knife (violated his probation by admitting he smoke marijuana, failing to find a job, for still owing $952 in court costs, and only paying $10 of the $720 in his probation maintenance fees)

was sentenced to probation by Judge Washam on domestic violence charges (but) The charge was a felony because Coleman had prior convictions for domestic violence so he was required to serve 56 days in the county jail and another six months at the prison alternative facility

I am switching subjects, because there is no place to comment on police reports.

I am referring to today's Probation granted on drug charges

Can someone tell me about Judge Washam?

Someone "violated his the terms of his treatment program by, among other things, testing positive for cocaine and oxycondone (he was sentenced there after 2 earlier drug charges) and failing to pay court costs" and got probation.

Someone else "sentenced to probation by Judge Washam after found to have violated the terms of his treatment program from a drug trafficking charges."

What the heck??

"It has become clear Obamacare is among the worst failures ever recorded by the government. Yet Obama and his cronies continue to brag about it." With the continued success of Obamacare, I almost feel sorry for you. Instead I have decided to just laugh at you. :>)
