Salem First Friends Church hosted its bi-monthly "Crop with a Friend" scrapbooking workshop in the church's fellowship hall Monday night. The free workshops are open to the public and meet from 6:30 to 10 p.m., with special technique workshops beginning at 7 p.m.. "Scrapbooking is way for us to get together," said coordinator Elana Brownfield. "We're really more like family; a support group for each other." For dates and times of all crops, visit www.salemfirstfriends.org. Mary Lou Shively, left, and Betty Weddle construct pages for their scrapbooks. (Salem News photo by Kevin Howell)
