Salem

Warrant

At 2:52 a.m. Monday, police took Brandon R. Toothman, 750 E. 5th St., into custody on an outstanding warrant and transported him to the county jail.

Criminal trespassing

At 5:24 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 300 block of Roosevelt Ave. regarding a report of criminal trespassing and found damage to a small window on the south side but no entry was made.

Domestic

At 5:02 p.m. Sun day, police responded to the 300 block of Newgarden Ave. for a domestic between a male and female. The male was allegedly intoxicated and advised of a verbal dispute with a household member. There was no physical violence.

Thefts

At 1:09 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 100 block of Woodland Ave. where the complainant advised a 55-gallon fish tank was stolen from the side of his residence. At 1:48 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 1000 block of S. Lincoln Ave. where the complainant advised an in-dash stereo was stolen from their vehicle.

Warrant

At 1:57 p.m. Sunday, police took Kathryn A. Sims, 273 W. 14th St., into custody on an outstanding warrant and was transported to the county jail.

Warrant check

At 2:50 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 400 block of Continental Dr. to check on a wanted person and but there was no answer at the door.

Threats

At 12:54 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 400 block of S. Lundy Ave., where the complainant advised her grandson reportedly threatened her with bodily harm.

Graffiti

At 3:30 p.m. Monday, police responded to the intersection of Park Dr. and E. State St. where there was a white vehicle with vulgarities and pornography painted on it.

Drive off

At 8:44 a.m. Monday, police responded to the 900 block of E. State St. regarding a report of a female motorist in a maroon Buick who drove off without paying for $25 in gas.

Lisbon

Damaged vehicle

At 1:02 p.m. Saturday police were advised by a male subject that his vehicle had sustained damage while parked off of High St. sometime during the night.

Underage drinking

At 12:40 a.m. Sunday police responded to the 400 block of Maple St. after they were advised of underage drinking. When police responded, they found six underage subjects under the influence of alcohol. They were arrested and given a court date.

Perry Township

Traffic citation

At 2:40 a.m. Sunday, police made a traffic stop on the bypass between state Route 9 and Georgetown Road for several moving violations and cited Quenton S. Coe, 435 Lakeview Road, #1, Alliance, for driving under suspension.

Threats

At 3:30 a.m. Sunday, police responded to the 1200 block of Elberon St. regarding a report of a fight in progress and found a male subject was staying with his mother when an ex-girlfriend and her son arrived and confronted him. The ex-girlfriend and son were gone when police arrived.

OVI

At 8:32 p.m. Saturday, police responded to an accident on the 500 block of W. Pine Lake Road, and found the driver, Shirley A. Irey, 581 W. Pine Lake Road, fled into the residence. She was the driver of a vehicle that struck another. She was cited for failure to stop, OVI and assured clear distance.

Fire

At 6:39 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the 1400 block of W. Pine Lake Road, for heavy smoke from a large brush pile and the fire department extinguished it. Police spoke with the homeowner about fires outside of fire department parameters.

Domestic

At 2;31 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the 300 block of Indiana Ave. where a female claimed her husband was intoxicated and wanted him removed. She said there were no threats of violence and police advised they couldn't remove him.

Warrant check

At 8:21 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the 1100 block of Prospect St. regarding a request to assist Alliance police in executing a warrant. The subject arrived later and was taken into custody by Alliance police.
