LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, a Lisbon man was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and was fined $800 on charges of domestic violence, resisting arrest and unlawful restraint.

Keith House, 22, Votaw Drive, grabbed a woman's hair, threw her to the floor, kicked her foot, wielded a large butcher-style knife, would not let her or her 11-month old child leave a bedroom and refused to put down the knife for police, who used a taser on him to get him to stop.

Tommy LeMasters, 33, Malone Road, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest, public indecency and disorderly conduct, pretrial July 14. LeMasters is accused of yelling at people, including Salineville police, refusing to get into a police cruiser, trying to kick out the cruiser's windows and exposing himself and urinating on the police station's floor.

Kenneth Boso, 35, Third Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to a third offense of OVI, failure to control, failure to display valid sticker and possession of drugs; pretrial June 18.

Zachary Wilson, 20, Cameron Road, Wellsville, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI, underage consumption and reckless operation; pretrial June 30.

Travis Runyon, 20, Hartley Road, Salem, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI and a stop sign violation, pretrial July 14.

Walter Myers, 55, Bye Road, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; pretrial July 9. Myers is accused of grabbing his wife's arm, twisting it and striking her in the chest with his elbow.

Jill Liston, 19, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Eric Lease, 20, Slater Road, Salem, was fined $250 on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from underage consumption, and failure to control, amended from unsafe vehicle.

James Patrick, 26, Township Line Road, Wellsville, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and intoxication; pretrial July 14.

Jerry Malone II, 28, West Fifth Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property; pretrial July 13.

James Hawk, 44, North Street, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing, pretrial June 22.

James Jones, 30, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $160 on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Travis Brown, 32, Chestnut Street, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and no tail lights; pretrial July 7.

Candis Henderson, 34, Youngstown, was fined $100 on a charge of driving without a valid license.

William Lewis, 53, Hunters Camp Road, was fined $75 on a charge of speeding 50/45, amended from speeding 60/45.

Michael Trumbler, North State Street, New Waterford, was fined $50 on a charge of no driver's license.

Nathan Hunting, 22, McCracken Road, Salem, was fined $30 on a charge of driving on left side.

Lonnie Wilson, 20, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, was fined $30 on a charge of failure to control.
