LISBON-In County Municipal Court Friday, Donna M. Goudy Blanchard, 50, 1916 Mill Road, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days jail with all but the seven previously served days suspended after she pleaded no contest to domestic violence charges.
James Ray, 34, 49863 Bloomfield Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 30 days jail with 23 suspended and seven already served and fined $100 after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct while involuntarily intoxicated.
Paul Jones, 47, North Canton, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid license amended from driving under suspension. He was fined $100.
Terrence May, 34, Boardman, pleaded no contest to speeding and driving without a valid license amended from driving under suspension. He was fined $100.
Remus Miller, 53, 12844 Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, was fined $65 after pleading no contest to speeding.
Deborah Rohr, 57, Canton, was fined $110 after pleading no contest to no license and speeding.
Sammy Barth, 53, 1205 E. 12th St., Salem, pleaded no contest to expired plate and was fined $50.
Steven McDevitt, 4467 Kirk Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 after pleading no contest to failure to register a dog. Four other counts of the same citation were dismissed.
Michael Booth, 43531 Columbiana Waterford Road, Columbiana, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $150 on a domestic violence charge. An obstruction of official business charge was dismissed.
Glenn Fulton, last known address 650 Beard Road, East Palestine, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. He was sentenced to 20 days jail fined $200 and ordered to perform 30 hours of community service. He was also ordered to make restitution to the two people who he was accused of stealing from.
Andrew Gibson, 48, 840 W. Pershing St., Salem, was bound over to Common Pleas Court on a charge of failure to verify his home.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Robert Blake II, 21, 1095 Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with criminal damaging.
An Oct. 8 court trial was set for Andrew Shafer, 34, 421 W. State St., Salem, charged with speeding.
An Oct. 13 pretrial was set for Tiffany Walls, 28, 317 E. Washington St., Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension.
A Nov. 3 pretrial was set for Timothy R. Smith, 20, 2181 Southeast Blvd., Salem, charged with underage consumption.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Bryan Schriner, 45, 103 E. End Road, Salineville, charged with assured clear distance.
Jena Welch, 22, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $180 and had her driver's license suspended for six months for drug abuse and a seat belt violation. A charge of drug paraphernalia against Welch was dismissed.
Michael Booth, 34, Columbiana Waterford Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for domestic violence. Booth punched his live-in girlfriend in the arm and struck the side of her head with an open hand. A charge of obstructing official business against Booth was dismissed for probable cause.
Blaine Perry, 47, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence. A second charge of domestic violence against Perry was dismissed due to failure of the alleged victim to appear.
Adrienne Parish, 26, South Main Street, Columbiana, pleaded no contest to theft; sentencing Oct. 29. Parish took two packs of printer ink from the Salem Wal-Mart without paying.
Tara Dattilio, 40, Rose Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to aggravated menacing and obstructing official business; pretrial Oct. 22.
Raymond DiCross, 32, Apple Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to reckless operation on private property; pretrial Oct. 29.
