James F. Engle

NEGLEY-James F. Engle, 73, of 47813 Tomahawk Drive, died at 2:50 p.m. Saturday at his home.

Born April 13, 1936, in Massillon, he was the son of Marling and Gladys Schandel Engle.

Mr. Engle was an air traffic controller and was meritoriously retired from the US Department of Transportation after working for various airports including San Francisco and Anchorage International Airport. He was a member of Rogers Assembly of God and served in the US Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, the former Hazel E. Aho; two stepdaughters, Alice Hall of Columbiana and Judy (Richard) Hayes of Wasilla, Alaska; two stepsons, Gary (Bobbie) Isabelle of Chester, W.Va., and Delido (Mary Sue) Isabelle of Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters, Mariellen Zaleski of Dalton and Annabelle Weber of Navarre; two brothers, Tony Engle of Canton and Mark Engle of Navarre.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home in Columbiana with the Rev. Paul Wright officiating.

Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
