HIGHWAY PATROL

- Steven McCall, 16, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was cited for a right of way violation at 2:45 p.m. Thursday on Fairfield School Road in Fairfield Township after he attempted to turn his northbound vehicle left onto Kelly Park Road and pulled the vehicle into the path of a southbound vehicle driven by Marilyn Travis, 55, Crestview Road, Leetonia. Travis was transported to Salem Community Hospital with serious injuries. McCall was transported to the same hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

- Michael Lewis, 27, Canton, was cited for reasonable control at 7:20 p.m. Oct. 26 on state Route 644 in Washington Township after his northbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a parked vehicle owned by Russel Coffman, state Route 644, Salineville, and Coffman's house.

- Cecelia Ader, 30, Enon Valley, Pa., was cited for a stop sign violation at 10 a.m. Sunday on State Line Road in Unity Township after she pulled her vehicle south from a stop sign at the intersection with state Route 14 and her vehicle struck a westbound vehicle driven by Larry Townes, 42, Salem Unity Road, Salem, which, following the collision, went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a stop sign.

- Eric Greathouse, 44, Huntington Beach, Calif., was cited for reasonable control Thursday on state Route 9 in Butler Township after his northbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck two poles.

- Thomas Clark, 31, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, was driving north at 7 p.m. Thursday on Fife Coal Road in Yellow Creek Township when his vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a fence. Following the accident, he fled north. Clark received non-life-threatening injuries.

- Marjorie Watson, 72, Middle Beaver Road, Lisbon, was driving north at 11:40 p.m. Saturday on state Route 164 in Wayne Township when her vehicle struck a deer.

- Guy Woit, 44, Terraho Drive, Salem, was driving south at 7:30 a.m. Saturday on state Route 9 in Augusta Township when his vehicle struck a deer.

- An unknown driver of a commercial truck was heading east at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 62 in Knox Township when he parked the truck on the roadway, exited the truck, the truck started to roll forward, he reentered the truck, the truck struck a mailbox and he continued east in the truck.
