Announcement is being made by Garry and Tenia Sears of Bolivar of the engagement of their daughter, Karrisa Sears, to Andrew Reeves. He is the son of Greg and Nancy Reeves of East Palestine.
The bride-elect, a 2004 graduate of Tuscarawas Valley High School, graduated in 2008 from Marietta College with a bachelor's of arts degree in management with a minor in marketing. She is production manager for Eleet Cryogenics Inc. in Bolivar.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of East Palestine High School and a 2008 graduate of John Carroll University with a bachelor's of science degree in biology. A first lieutenant in the United States Army, he serves as an aerial delivery officer with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C.
The couple is planning a June 19 wedding.
