Nicole Mahouski and Spencer Cleland were united in marriage on Dec. 26 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Salem. Father Thomas C. Eisweirth and Pastor Mark Wilds officiated at the couple's double-ring ceremony at 1 p.m.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Diana Mahouski of Salem. His parents are Kandace Cleland of Hanoverton and the late Thomas Cleland.
Vocal selections were provided by Sue Volmar and Ali Cleland with Jodine Pilmer at the organ.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She chose a white strapless satin A-line gown enhanced with a red ribbon around the waist. Her bridal bouquet contained white hydrangea and red roses.
Liz Cameron of Alliance, the bride's cousin, and Julie Barrett of Indiana were the maids of honor.
Bridesmaids included Tristin Solomon of Hanoverton and Jennifer Cameron of Alliance, the bride's cousin.
Amy Bates, the bridegroom's cousin, was the flower girl.
Serving as best men were Chip Cleland of Columbus and Darrell Cleland of Cincinnati, the bridegroom's brothers.
Groomsmen were Dustin Morris of Rootstown, the bridegroom's brother-in-law; and Jared Mason of Pittsburgh.
Ushers included Michael Mahouski of Salem, the bride's brother; and Cory Wutrick of Alliance, the bride's cousin.
Jae Underwood, the bride's cousin, was the ring bearer.
Approximately 200 guests attended the reception at the Elks Lodge. Melissa Dickson presided at the guest book.
The couple is residing in Salem following a honeymoon to Cozumel, Mexico.
The bride is a senior at Kent State University where she is majoring in nursing. She is employed as a state-tested nursing aide.
The bridegroom graduated in 2008 from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He is employed at Church Budget Envelope Co. and Forever Interactive Video Game Co.
