LISBON - A Youngstown man who was taken into custody in Florida was served Tuesday with a secret indictment related to a 2008 robbery at Gorby's Market in Negley.
Kevin Fent, 36, was charged by the Columbiana County grand jury in 2008 with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony carrying a possible prison term of three to 10 years upon conviction.
Court documents alleged Fent had a knife when he robbed Gorby's Market in Negley on Feb. 5, 2008.
Also served with a secret indictment was Nicole Taylor-Gregg, 30, of 809 Washington St., Wellsville, for trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony which carries a possible sentence of one to five years in prison. Documents alleged Taylor-Gregg knowingly sold or attempted to sell crack cocaine on March 1, 2009 in the vicinity of a juvenile.
