Mr. and Mrs. Howard Fowler Jr. of 32149 Wisner Road, Hanoverton, will observe their 40th wedding anniversary today.
The former Sally Jane Kireta and Mr. Fowler were married on April 18, 1970, at the First United Presbyterian Church in Salem.
The Fowlers have three children, Todd (Angie) Fowler of Columbus, Stacie (Matt) Lippiatt of Salem, and Chad (Kelly) Fowler of Columbus. The couple also has six grandchildren.
Mr. Fowler is retired from General Motors in Lordstown.
Mrs. Fowler is a retired beautician.
