Wilbur and Ruby Kurtz of 12734 Beaver Creek Road, Salem, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on July 23.
The former Ruby Brozell and Mr. Kurtz were married at the First Friends Church by the Rev. Harold Winn.
Mr. Kurtz retired from truck and dairy farming in 1997.
Mrs. Kurtz retired after 21 years in the dietary department at Salem Community Hospital.
The couple has two children, Debra (Charles) Grate Jr., and Donald (Karen) Kurtz, and six grandchildren, Valerie and Angela Grate, and Mollie, Titus, Kassidy, and Raegan Kurtz.
