Heather McIlduff becomes bride of Jerod R. Berger

Heather L McIlduff became the bride of Jerod R. Berger on June 12 at the barn at the Links at Firestone Farms. Pastor Dave Martin officiated at the 5:30 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Terrence (Scott) and Betty L. McIlduff.

The bridegroom is the son of Keith and Lynn Berger.

The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, wore a strapless, A-line gown of ivory organza with blushing rose lace and accented in beading. She carried a cascading bouquet of roses and fresh herbs.

Dana Berger of East Palestine served her sister-in-law as matron of honor in a gown of blushing rose.

In matching gowns were bridesmaids, Lynsey Tappe of Pittsburgh and Regan McCormick of East Palestine, both sisters of the bride; and Jodi Berger of East Palestine, the bridegroom's sister.

Flower girls were Emily and Elle Berger, Daisy and Lucy Tappe, and Sophia Fertsch, all nieces of the bride and bridegroom.

Jeff Berger of East Palestine, the bridegroom's brother, was best man.

Groomsmen were Steve Freer of East Palestine, J.C. Parker and Mark Cox, both of Georgia.

The ring bearer was Dominic Fertsch of East Palestine, the bridegroom's nephew.

Approximately 200 guests attended the reception held at the Links at Firestone Farms Banquet Hall in Columbiana.

After a honeymoon on Wixom Lake in Michigan, the couple resides in East Palestine.

The rehearsal dinner was held at the Blue Wolfe Tavern in Boardman.
