LISBON - In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Salem man was sentenced to three days in the county jail for contributing to the unruliness of a minor and underage consumption. In addition, Joshua McFarland, 18, Prospect Street, was fined $300 on the charges. McFarland fled from police with a teenage child while both were intoxicated.

Rhonda Mobley, 41, Alliance, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and a stop sign violation; pretrial Oct. 4.

Cynthia Blough, 38, Vine Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Sept. 14. Blough is accused of attempting to steal eight items worth a total of $39 from the Salem Dollar General.

Ronald Carothers, 39, Rayland was fined $250 for driving without a valid license, amended from driving under suspension.

Missie Faloba, 30, Trinity Church Road, was fined $250 for driving without a valid license, amended from driving under suspension

Paula Burnett, 51, Park Court, Columbiana, was fined $100 for driving under suspension, no operator's license, fictitious plates and expired registration.
