Jesse and Cynthia Mercer of Hanoverton are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica M. Mercer, to Kyle E. Kyser. He is the son of Kenneth Kyser and Deborah Thomas of Salem.
The bride-elect is employed with Stadium GM in Salem.
Her fiance is employed at Diebold in Akron.
The couple's wedding ceremony will be held on Oct. 23 at the First Presbyterian Church in Salem.
A reception will follow at the Elks Lodge in Salem.
