BELOIT - Firefighters from the Beloit, Damascus, Sebring and North Georgetown fire departments responded to an oil fire at 5:16 p.m. Saturday, Beloit Fire Chief Larry Barnett said.
The fire was located at 13120 Smith-Goshen Road and blew one of two holding tanks about 300 feet onto a neighbor's property from where it was sitting, Barnett said.
There were no injuries.
No cause has been determined and it remains under investigation.
The property is owned by John Hoover.
