LISBON - In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Salem woman was sentenced to 20 days in the county jail on charges of falsification, resisting arrest, driving under suspension, hit skip/leave scene and a stop sign violation. In addition, Sarah Jackson, 20, West Pershing Street, was fined $525 and had her driver's license suspended for six months on the charges.
Ronald Baker Jr., 38, U.S. Route 30, was sentenced to 14 days in the county jail and was fined $200 for criminal damaging and disorderly conduct. Baker slashed the tires on a vehicle.
Jason Pierson, 36, Whinnery Road, Salem, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and marked lanes; pretrial March 21.
Brandon Good Sr., 25, Whinnery Road, Winona, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and failure to control; pretrial April 7.
Brent Ford, 32, Alice Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. Bond was set at $2,500; pretrial Feb. 28. Ford is accused of pushing a woman into a chair and a bathtub during a struggle over a cell phone.
Vicki Shacklock, 51, Walnut Street, Rogers, pleaded not guilty to assault; pretrial March 14. Shacklock is accused of assaulting a woman on Walnut Street, Rogers.
Kristina Helman, 24, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 and had her driver's license suspended for six months for hit skip/leave scene.
Anthony Cunningham, 53, Canton, was fined $150 for aggravated menacing.
Alan Wilcox, Grant Street, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license, amended from driving under suspension, and failure to display valid sticker.
Jessica Hamilton, 24, Brooklyn Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from theft.
Kirk Sandoe, 32, Prospect Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to a stop sign violation; pretrial March 3.
Merle Wasmire Jr., 64, Beloit, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from failure to control.
Edward Dailey, 54, Applegate Road, was assessed costs only for unsafe vehicle, amended from failure to control.
