Columbiana Chamber will honor award recipients

COLUMBIANA-The Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the award recipients to be honored at the 58th annual awards banquet on Feb. 27 at the Dutch Village Inn. The 2010 honorees are Jayson Yeagley for educator of the year; Vivian Mahon for lifetime of service; American Legion Post 290 for outstanding community service; Brian Raneri of the Workout Center for businessperson of the year; and The Dutch Village Inn for business of the year.

The Business Development Committee of the Chamber will be honoring the Columbiana Inn for adaptive reuse; Sitler the Printer for business expansion; and Dr. Jeffrey Palusak for new construction.

Milestone Awards will be given to Gallagher Realty and Heartland Christian School. The event will include hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert, with the recognition of the award winners following. Speaker for the evening will be Phil Moore, executive director for the Mahoning County Convention and Visitors Bureau. The community is invited to attend.
