Mr. and Mrs. Bud (Janet) Lockhart of Southington are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Rae Lockhart, to Shanon Ray Fox. He is the son of Charlene Seeley of Glenmoor.
The bride-to-be received an associate's degree in accounting from Kent State University in 1998. She is employed at the Morning Journal in Lisbon.
The prospective bridegroom earned a Class A-CDL certification from Transport America in 2001. He is employed by R&L Carriers of Columbiana.
The couple's private wedding ceremony will be held on Sept. 10 at The Gazebo at Stoneridge Terrace in Salem.
Invitations will be issued for the reception to follow at the clubhouse at Stoneridge.
