Eunjin Min and Nicholas Andrew Sheen were united in marriage on Dec. 31 at the First Christian Church in Salem. The Rev. Leonard Moore officiated at the couple's 3:30 p.m. ceremony. Nuptial music was provided by Jaci Samu.
The bride is the daughter of Kyeong Yeon Min and Gieum Shim Seong of Daejeon, South Korea. Parents of the bridegroom are Edwin R. and Pat Sheen of 1943 Depot Road, Salem.
Spaghetti straps and a full skirt accented the bride's gown that was enhanced with a 5-foot train. Flowers and rhinestones adorned the back of her veil. She carried a bouquet of white roses and white mums and was escorted by the bridegroom's father.
Yeri Choi of Daejeon, South Korea, was the maid of honor.
Catherine Howell, the bridegroom's niece, carried the bride's train.
Samantha Howell, the bridegroom's niece, was the flower girl. The attendants were attired in pink and white.
Serving as best man was Christopher Sheen, the bridegroom's brother.
Matthew Howell, the bridegroom's nephew, was the ring bearer.
Approximately 70 guests attended the reception at the CIO Hall in Salem. Amanda Sheen, the bridegroom's sister-in-law, presided at the guest book.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Korea and reside in Daejeon.
The bride is a registered nurse.
Mr. Sheen is an English teacher.
During the reception the couple wore traditional, lavishly embroidered Korean hanboks.
