Mr. and Mrs. Delbert McCallister Jr. of 1516 Fairview Ave., Salem, are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. A surprise party was held on April 17 at Stonebridge in Boardman. The festivities were hosted by their children and family.
The former Christine L. Evanoff and Mr. McCallister were married on April 19, 1986, at the Greenford Lutheran Church. Pastor Kenneth Haines officiated.
Mr. McCallister is a graduate of Salem High School and employed by AT&T. He was previously involved with the Salem Athletic Boosters and youth sports.

Mrs. McCallister is currently employed in the emergency department at Salem Community Hospital. She graduated from Salem High School and is a volunteer for the Banquet in Salem.
The McCallisters have two children, Ryan McCallister of Columbus and Brianne McCallister of Cuyahoga Falls.
