Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Blair of Salem are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Vanessa Rae Blair, to Richard Justin Flick. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Flick of Petersburg.
A June 2013 wedding is planned.
The bride-elect plans to graduate in 2013 from the Hugh A. Glauser School of Music of Kent State University and is pursuing a career in voice education.
