- Nathan Schultz, 18, of Columbiana, was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road after he clipped a mini-van operated by Larry Peckinpaugh, 62, of Frostproof, Fla., at the intersection of state Routes 46 and 7 in Fairfield Township at 5:38 p.m. Saturday. Schultz had passed one vehicle and then tried do the same with Peckinpaugh when the accident occurred.

- Joseph Beatty, 23, of East Liverpool, was cited for OVI and failure to control after he went off the road and struck an embankment while driving on Pancake-Clarkson Road in Middleton Township at 6:10 a.m. Monday.
